Influence and Power
The Sons of Free Potato rule over Potato as a military regime. The National Marshal is always a soldier and is picked by members of the Sons of Free Potato, who are all chosen by the National Marshal, as Potato is not a democracy, but a dictatorship. The way to become a member of the Sons of Free Potato is to pass an exam. The soldiers are in essence the police and are directed by the National Marshal to help them maintain control over things and manage everything.
