The Republic of Sierumasaya, commonly known as Sierumasaya or New Rumasaya, is a simulationist micronation in South Tangerang and South Jakarta. Following the disbandment of the Republic of Rumasaya. the Republic of Sierumasaya was formed as a de jure successor of it. Sierumasaya uses a presidential system with a Pancasila ideology. It currently has a population of 10 people and has a puppet state named the New Republic of Schulparke.
The incumbent president of the Republic of Sierumasaya is Vatieh von Stadt after he had won the September 2024 Elections and so on, with Zacariah Ezra being the vice president. As of 2024, the micronation currently has no printed money and is not internationally recognised. It does not have a constitution and follows the constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, with additional and exceptional laws including LGBT allowance and democracy.
History
Formation and political reformation
After the disbandment of the Republic of Rumasaya, the Republic of Sierumasaya was formed as a de jure successor. It was established in South Tangerang. The first president, Zacariah Ezra, would have the same career as he did back in Rumasaya, being the only president in the predecessor of Sierumasaya. It declared itself as a simulationist micronation after its independence on 25 August 2024. The New Republic of Schulparke would then be formed on 28 August 2024 after its reformation by the Republic of Sierumasaya.
Its militia was formed on the same day of independence, 25 August 2024, with the same members as the Militia Forces of Rumasaya. On 28 August 2024, the Ministry of Defence was formed. By the next day, Zacariah Ezra would announce the start of a new election, resigning to become vice president as he had served as president of Rumasaya and Sierumasaya for one year and one month. Jeddidiah Mattaniah would be elected as the new president against Vatieh von Stadt in the August 2024 Rumasayan elecions.
Rule of Jeddidiah Mattaniah
As the president, Jeddidiah Mattaniah had announced that he would 'demolish' socialism, communism, and any other types of ideologies inspired by marxism. He would also begin to move Rumasaya from pro-Marhaenism towards liberal democracy. The regions of Sixeb and Sixa in the Republic of Schulparke would begin to become primary regions of the United Rumasayan Group. As a result, an increase in recruitment was made, with two soldiers being recruited after the election.
Jeddidiah Mattaniah would also declare war on pro-feminist movements and states in Rumasaya during his presidency. The two Free Coalition Wars were caused by Jeddidiah Mattaniah, and those two wars would be successful. However, during the Second Free Coalition War, Rumasaya had turned outnumbered.
Rule of Vatieh von Stadt
Vatieh von Stadt would take over the presidential position following Jeddidiah Mattaniah's resignation during the September 2024 Rumasayan elections. He continued his presidency during the Second Free Coalition and he had assigned Zacariah Ezra for strategies and assignments. Eventually, Rumasayans would win in the Second Free Coalition War.
Government and politics
The government system of Sierumasaya is a presidential republic under the Pancasila ideology. It follows the Indonesian constitution with additional and changed laws, such as democracy. The current president of Sierumasaya is currently Vatieh von Stadt with the vice president being Zacariah Ezra. As of 2024, the ideology is moving from pro-Marhaenism, pro-Marxism, and pro-Socialism towards liberal democracy and conservatism.
General elections are held every month and each president can serve as long as possible, as long as most of the votes are electing for the incumbent president. The other candidate will serve as the new president if they get the most votes. The former president will serve as the vice president, whether participating in the elections or not.
Administrative regions
There are only three regions in the Republic of Sierumasaya. Those are Autoparkeren, Outerroom, and Innerroom. Each region has a governor and a deputy governor, but local elections have not started in those three regions, and therefore, there is currently no governor. As a result, Zacariah Ezra, vice president of Sierumasaya, was appointed as substitute for the governors until they are appointed to be the governors of their respective regions.
