The Militia Forces of Sierumasaya (MFS) are the national military of the Sierumasayan Republic. The military was founded on 1 November 2023 after decisions were made by the Rumasayan government on 31 October 2023. After the disbandment of the Republic of Rumasaya, the militia was reformed under Sierumasaya.
The Militia Forces of Sierumasaya are directed by the president as the commander-in-chief, making decisions to organise units and rank soldiers in the forces. There is currently one appointed commander and three infantry troops in total.

The Land Forces of Rumasaya, written as Daratia Solus in most documents, are a branch of the Militia Forces of Rumasaya, having action on the ground. The branch currently has four troops.
