History

Prior to its formal establishment, President Victa of Balzi and Governor Sir Abu Al Hassan Hassan Jassim Azeri had already been in discussions, expressing mutual interest in the integration of Shukralma into Balzian territory. Their collaboration culminated in the formal integration of Shukralma under Balzian governance through the Mass Territorial and Regional Integration Convention.

After this integration, Azeri applied for Balzian citizenship, drawn to the welcoming and intellectual nature of the Balzian people and the Republic. Azeri later founded the first Arab region of Balzi, naming it Shukralma after his white, furry male cat.

The most practiced religion in Shukralma is Shiite Islam, which holds a majority in the region. This reflects the religious background of its founder, Sir Abu Al Hassan Hassan Jassim Azeri, and aligns with the region’s cultural and spiritual heritage.
