The Seybold Department of Tourism was founded to bring tourism to the small micronation of the Democratic Republic of Seybold.

History
New Logo Made
On 24 November 2018, President Cooper Norfolk, who is also the Head of the Seybold Department of Tourism, decided that the logo of the department was outdated and looked horrible. His solution was to create a new logo for the Seybold Department of Commerce. At about 6 A.M. UTC−5, he created the new logo. The new logo has the words “Department of Tourism” in a straight line. Above the line of words is a black, medium-sized circle with a picture of a blue flag with a picture of Planet Earth on it. That was put there to represent People from all around the world coming to the Democratic Republic of Seybold President Cooper Norfolk enjoys the logo very much and said that it was a quote, “improvement from the last one”.
Seybold World Map Decision
On 20 February 2019, the Seybold Department of Tourism, which is in control of maintaining and building tourists attractions in the Democratic Republic of Seybold, will be debating about how to handle a situation. The situation is the removal of multiple micronations from the Seybold World Map (SWM). The Seybold Department of Tourism wants to remove the micronations of the Kingdom of Auvenum and the Democratic Republic of Fort Dunkin since they are no longer recognized by the Democratic Republic of Seybold. They could be removed by the Seybold Department of Tourism, but there is also some reason to keep the nation's territory on the Seybold World Map. The reason is to keep a historical record of every micronation that the Democratic Republic of Seybold recognized at one point. Adding on to the latter, the Seybold Department of Tourism would add the year that the Democratic Republic of Seybold ended Diplomatic relations with the micronation. The Department of Tourism is currently deciding whether or not to choose one of those options, or hold a small referendum. The referendum, which has been approved by the Department of Elections if it does occur, would be held in the next two weeks if chosen by the Department of Tourism. Each citizen of Seybold that has a voting permit would be given a small ballot with an explanation of what the referendum is about and two options to vote on, "Remove" or "Keep". The Department of Elections will do its voting routine and then give al information to the Department of Tourism, who will then announce the results to the public. The Department of Tourism says that they will announce the option that they choose tomorrow at 6 A.M. GMT-5. On 25 February 2019, the Department of Tourism and the Department of Elections announced that the voting for the Seybold World Map (SWM) Referendum of 2019 had begun. The official voting session opened at 6 A.M. GMT-5 and about 66.67% of registered voters used their time to vote in the morning. At about 8 A.M., 16.67% of registered voters received their ballots to vote with but did not vote immediately. The voting period will remain the same that it originally was when the ballots were printed, 25 February 2019 to 27 February 2019, meaning that in three hours, the second day of voting will begin. That day is when it is expected that the other 16.67% of registered voters in the Democratic Republic of Seybold will vote in the referendum and the 27th of February 2019 is when it is expected that most ballots will be turned in. So far, the majority of the country is leaning towards keeping the Kingdom of Auvenum and the Democratic Republic of Fort Dunkin on the Seybold World Map, according to the Seybold Department of Elections polling. On 27 February 2019, the Department of Tourism and the Department of Elections announced that the second day of voting for the Seybold World Map (SWM) Referendum of 2019 had begun. The official voting session opened at 6 A.M. GMT-5, but about 16.67% of registered voters voted at about 9 A.M. GMT-5. There is now only one day left to cast a ballot in to vote, even though no other registered voters need to vote. So far, the majority of the registered voters in the Democratic Republic of Seybold are leaning towards keeping the Kingdom of Auvenum and the Democratic Republic of Fort Dunkin on the Seybold World Map, according to the Seybold Department of Elections polling. On 28 February 2019, the Department of Tourism and the Department of Elections announced that the Last day of voting for the Seybold World Map (SWM) Referendum of 2019 had started. No registered voters were left to vote in the Seybold World Map (SWM) Referendum of 2019, so the Seybold Department of Elections and the Seybold Department of Tourism decided to make multiple charts relating to the Seybold World Map (SWM) Referendum of 2019. The first chart that the made was the classical pie chart that has been being used during the Seybold World Map (SWM) Referendum of 2019 with information from the Department of Election polling. The Pie Chart that they have created shows the two choices in the referendum, Remove and Keep. It shows the remove option at 16.7% of registered voters and the keep option at 83.3% of registered voters, which means that the majority of registered voters in the Democratic Republic of Seybold have voted to keep the Kingdom of Auvenum and the Democratic Republic of Fort Dunkin on the Seybold World Map. The second and last graph that the Seybold Department Department of Elections created was a bar graph that recorded the number of people that voted each day. The bar chart shows that most registered voters in the Democratic Republic of Seybold voted on the Seybold World Map (SWM) Referendum of 2019 on Monday, which was 25 February 2019. The bar graph also shows that the least amount of people voted for the Seybold World Map (SWM) Referendum of 2019 on Tuesday, which was 26 February 2019. The bar chart finally shows that none of the registered voters voted today, Wednesday, since no other registered voter in the Democratic Republic of Seybold.
