The September 2022 Bearish Coup d'etat attempt was an attempted Pro S.L.P coup that occured on 29th September 2022. It followed EMORAs dismissal and alleged assult of Deputy Prime Minister and S.L.P Leader Louie, CEO of Space Force. This Dismissal occured following Louies attempts to start a petition advocating for the end of Rt Hon PM EMORAs Government. After EMORA heard about the petition, following Jamie I of the Bears informing him of the situation he allegedly Attacked Louie leading to the begining of the coup.
Following this, Louies supporters attempted to force EMORA to resign and call an election, showing him the petition which he tore up. Leading to a increased tention. EMORA had claimed the petition, which had garnered 20 signatures had been forged and the signatures were but fakes so he saw it as justified to rip it up. The S.L.P claimed it was completely legitimate and that EMORA was subverting there democratic rights.
Louie, angered by this chaos assembled a gang of roughly 15 supporters who raided the BPA headquarters and proclaimed Louie as the new "President". This lead do a deployment of the bearish armed forces, in which a battle ensued between Government loyalists and Louies new S.L.P supporters. The battle was an astounding B.P.A led victory and put off the S.L.P supporters from attempting to overthrow the government through violent means.
Following this, EMORA did end up calling an election which led to an overwhelming landslide victory for the BPA led coalition.
