History
Mobzen was previously apart of the United Provinces of Natlin as a territory. Seldavian Mobzen was established after Natlin lost land in Delphia during the 2nd Great Delphian War. It had a population of 6. The puppet territory was disbanded after Seldavia fully annexed the territory
