Seh-Pyeong Kwak (Korean: 곽세평) is a politician of a micronation in South Korea and the president of the Great Renostopian State.
Entering Micronations
In May 2019, after watching the YouTube channel of the then Democratic Republic of Corea, he came to know about the concept of micronations. At this point, he realized that State of Kotar, a nation he was governing, is a micronation. After an internal meeting, he declared the Republic of Daehan on May 3, 2019, officially entering the micronational community.
Political Orientations
Traditionally, he has been a moderate figure, but since joining the Federal United National Party of the Kortosh-Jusin, he seems to have shifted towards a moderate-to-right leaning stance. Indeed, most of the political parties he has traditionally been part of in micronations are centrist.
He is an anti-feminist, but he is very moderate. In fact, during the era of the Republic of Kotar, he made efforts to maintain good diplomatic relations with Hwapyung, a feminist micronation.
