The Second Constitution of the United Republics of Michigan was written and ratified on 2 June 2020

Article 1

Article 1 part 1

The presidential election will take place using an SVT system.

Article 1 part 2

The president shall nominate and picked a vice presidential nominee at any time is impeached or resign the president can pick a new one at will and there's not any

Article 1 part 3

The Congress is made up of the delegation house and the Senate every Republic and territory will receive a senator and they will be elected by a single transferable vote system.  The delegation house will be made up by 1 person at least for each Republic or territory and another one for every four people. Along with a representative for Citizens abroad. Is a candidate for congress runs unopposed their name does not appear on the ballot

Article 1 Section 4

The elections for delegation house Three separate seats From the same Republic or from different republics and territories will be grouped together and people will vote by ranking  candidates  after a SVT election that happened the top three will be chosen they will be assigned to the seat that they got the most votes from.

Each Republic and territories Will receive At least one Electoral Vote. With an additional Electoral vote for every 3 people.

Article 2

Article 2 part 1

There are two types of court In the country:  Local courts and federal courts. The highest Local court is a republic Court. The highest federal court is the Central Court. Individuals in violation of Republic laws shall be tried in a local Court. High federal crimes or misdemeanors Will be tried in a federal court. Government officials in violation of the law Will be tried in the Central Court. People have the right to Say a law is unconstitutional and that will be Decided in the central Court The Republic court is  nominated by the President and approved by a  majority of the Senate

Article 3

Article 3 part 1

A jury is formed by the Peers Of the person being tried. Their peers are people from the same Republic or Territory. The judge Has final say over jury selection

Article 3 part 2

Everybody Participating In the court must pledge to use common sense, Be fair and equal to all, And honor and protect the Constitution and laws.

Article 4

Article 4 part 1

Taxes in the United Republic of Michigan are in a budget that is created by the president and approved by the dellagason house . The delegation house Approves on a budget that will have Necessary taxes in it.This will be then sent to the Republic and territoriesAnd they will be given a quota based on population.And the population's Wealth.  a republic can choose how to collect taxes.  The way they collect it Will follow A progressive taxation law That is decided in the budget. If a Republic does not meet this quota. There will be a fine to make up the difference. If these are not paid military action is permitted. The tax bill must be handed out on June 28 and turned in by August 4.

Article 5 Part 1

A bill will first reach the delegation house where is a 50% to pass and then we'll go to the Senate where it says it needs a 51% to pass and then it will go to the president's desk and if the president signs it can become law if the president does not sign it is will needs a 60% vote in both the delegation house and the Senate.

Article 5 part 2

An executive order to pass what cannot be an execution,declaration of war, Ultimatum or Any action that would Increase the president's power.or alter this Constitution. the Central Court can rule The order is unconstitutional.

Article 5 part 3

If the Senate is tied the bill will go to the delegation house where it needs three-fifths majority to pass

Article 6

Article 6 part 1

In order to impeach a president or elected government official somebody must suspect him of high treason, crimes against the Republic, election fraud, abuse of powers Attempting to break up the Union Or lying under oath.The delegation house will vote with a two-thirds majority needed to pass. And will need a simple majority in the Senate. If the president does not pick a successor the vice president and the remaining line of succession will follow.

Article 6 part 2

If a president is removed from office or can no longer serve the office because he is Deceased or Severely injured .Or he Resigned his office. Then the Vice president will become president if the president does not pick a successor. If a vice president is not available Then the presidency shall pass to the Senate president Then the presidency shall pass to the Speaker of the delegation house.  Once inherited there will be an election at the standard time that year.  If none of these four are available or all four of them refused.  Then There shall be an emergency election for the presidency.

Article 6 part 3

In order to run for president of the United Republics a person must be a citizen living in the country, Be over 12 years of age. And have won the election With a majority of both the Electoral College and The popular vote. Once elected on a date That they choose they can be inaugurated. A presidential be inaugurated by Placing your hand on the Constitution and saying this “I myself with the power vested in with me I promise to protect. stay truthfully And honorably protect this constitution I will also use all of my will power to protect the great nation Of the United Republics Service again so help me God “ And when he finishes that Saying He is officially president of the United Republic.

Article 6 part 4

The rights of the president Are to request a bill, vote in the executive Congress, Oversee the delegation house, Oversee the Armed Forces, Appoint A vice president, The president can suggest And sign an executive order, Sign off on a bill, The president is not to declare war or use the Tax dollars collect pardon Or will move charges of anyone Of his request Can I order an execution Without approval of the delegation house. Have a State of the Republic address For the delegation house. Tell the truth Under oath.

Article 7

Article 7 part 1

No man, woman or child Can never be forced into The Armed Forces No matter the situation. This constitution requires the raising of an army, navy, air force by tax money. The armed forces are and must be all volunteer forces. With proper discipline.

Article 8

Article 8 part 1

The rights of the Republic are to Have courts,Legislative bodies to create laws. Enforce laws with police force. Raise a militia, Collect taxes, Have a flag, Have an Official language That is not English The Republic may create laws that interfere with federal laws. The Republic can only secede If a referendum votes that three fourths of citizens vote for and want. It is not to use its militia to fight federal police or Armed Forces. Militia can be called at the full-time military service. The Republic cannot Mint its own currency.

Article 8 part 2

The rights of the Territory are the same as a Republic but the Territory distinction will be used if the land has less the 3 people living in the Territory.

Article 9

Article 9 part 1

Voting in the senate shall be simple majority rule. When it Bill enters the debate for as long as needed. When the Senators agree to vote Senator has one vote and when a majority is reached the bill passes.

Article 9 part 2

Voting in the delegation house Is also a simple majority rule when I'm bill has 1\2 delegates approving then it can pass to the Senate Debate for each Delegate be limited to 20 minutes. The speaker of the delegation House is decided in a vote by the delegation house

Article 9 part 3

The Senate president will be elected by the Senate and will serve as $th in command of the government.

Article 10

Article 10 part 1

The president when selected is to serve a 6-year tenure before having to be re-elected. He may not have more than 2 terms.  the process for the delegation house in 3-year but for members of the Senate they will be re-elected every 6 years The Senate must be elected at the same time as the delegation house but not as The president

Article 10 part 2

The president may call an early Election for president and will take place on January 6 the next year.

Article 10 part 3

The senate or delegation house may call an early Election for senate or delegation house and will take place on January 6 the next year.

Article 11

Article 11 Part 1

Any amendment to the Constitution must be passed with a two-thirds majority in both houses of Congress.

Article 11 part 2

The presidential line of succession is as follows Vice president, Speaker of the House, Senate Majority Leader, Secretary of State, Secretary of War, all secretaries ranked by number of people employed. If none of these people are available the delegation house may pick any person they like.
