The 2009 Savoyard General Election, the first to be held in the Kingdom of Savoy, to elect the first Prime Minister of Savoy. The turnout was 100%, the winner was Arthur Facheux which became the first Savoyard Prime Minister with a popular vote of 3 which represent 60% of total voters. He's opponent was Stephan Bodetti which is the leader of the Democrat Party and had a vote of 2 which represents 40% of total voters.
