The state of Saujana is the only state in the kingdom of unova that has a monarch other than the Sultan of Unova. Their monarch have no powers in the Kingdom,the Royal Parliament and the state. This had been explained in the Undang Undang Negeri Saujana(which is the state of Saujana's main law.

The state of Saujana is the first state in The Sultanate of Unova,this state is also the only state that still have a monarch other than the Sultan of Unova.The state is also the first state to ammend its own constitution and law.
