Hemitharny A/P Kesabani is a Unovian politian currently serving as Minister of Education of Unova and State Governor of Saujana.

She was born in Malaysia on January 5, 2007 . She joined the Unova Progress Party that was formed by Yap Kam Ming. Hemitharny is one of the main indian nationalist who wanted equal citizenship and unity among all citizens in Unova. She had served as the Minister of Health and Minister of Education of Unova. Currently she is the state governor of Saujana and Vice [Bendahara] of Unova. She also founded the Freedom Movement that supports primarily the LGBT community and to legalize LGBT in the country. She was backed by State Governor Lea Chow Ae Ryn in the 11 December Crisis(LGBT).
