The Libertarian Socialist Republic of Salvyenya (Rispuvlis Soctis Livrais Salvyenais, RSLS) is an officially independent micronation created in July 2022 in the city of Porto Alegre, Brazil. It consists, to date, of three different points in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Among them are Santo Ângelo, on Rua 22 de Março, and Porto Alegre, on Avenida Antonio de Carvalho. Salvyenya chose not to follow presidentialism, but, following communist ideas of equality, the parliamentary system. Furthermore, its state is self-declared secular. Its main languages are: Requien (Cyrillic only in Kalinel); Russian; Portuguese; Latin; Romanian (In Cyrillic); Greek; Turkish.
Its flag is a hammer, which represents urban work, with a star in the center, with the values Liberty, Equality, Fraternity written in common Requieno on its handle.
The Salvenyan Oath is: нажи салвеня, нажи валис иф кратал (In Kalinelian Requien) Translation: "our salvyenya, our principles/works and sovereignty
Salvyenya = Salvyel (Glorious) + Bosnya (Bosnia) / Nyas (Land) = Glorious land.

History
One day, a seventh grade elementary school student had a "class disillusionment", as he puts it, causing him to make a decision to build a just and equal nation, with decentralized power. He was inspired by Soviet revolutionaries such as Lenin, leading him to communism and the ideas of an egalitarian system.
His name is Nicholas de Mello Moura , a 13-year-old public school student. Noticing the absurdities of the capitalist system, such as social inequality and surplus value, he decided to subtly revolutionize himself, so as not to draw attention. Thus, what he calls the "Fourth International" was born. At first, his plan had not worked, as he had not been able to convince anyone to participate. However, he soon succeeded, creating the sub-parliamentary chief. In 15 aug [1], on twitter, The RSLS gets its independence.

Politics and Laws
Salvyenya has a decentralized parliamentary system, called "Grand State" divided between four powers:
* Popular, above all others. It suggests laws that, through a vote of the assembly itself, are decided.
* Parliamentary, exercised by parliamentarians. Starts meetings and passes laws. Each congress receives different Parliaments to maintain popular sovereignty, making up 30% of the Hall.
* Magisterial, exercised by ministers and judges. it is a minority in the Hall, having the function of judging laws and popular suggestions, sending to Parliament those approved by the ministerial council. They correspond to 15% of Congress.
* Executive, which executes the laws passed by parliament, the magisterium and the population. it is the lowest position in the bureaucratic hierarchy. Corresponds to 5% of Congress.

"In view of the supreme power of popular sovereignty, which your blessing bestows on the writer of this codex, and for the independence of the Libertarian Socialist Republic of Salvyenya, by which the Constitution is written in its name, I declare, by parliament and by the magisterium, the Salvyenyan laws.
