Nicholas de Mello Moura
Nicholas de Mello Moura is a seventh grade elementary school student and the current Parliamentarian Major of the 1st parliament of the Libertarian Socialist Republic of Salvyenya. he is also the self-declared founder of Salvyenya. Born on 08/29/2009, in Rio Grande do Sul, he is currently 13 years old. he is openly communist, agnostic and pro-labor, as well as a writer, physicist and polymath. He speaks Russian, French, Greek, English, Turkish, Requien (Invented by himself), among other languages.

Micronationalist Career
With revolutionary ideas based on the Soviet Union and the Russian revolution, Nicholas de Mello Moura decided to subtly revolutionize himself, without deaths, without wars, just freedom. Thus, observing the great micronations for a long time, he created his own country on 08/15/2022, promising to protect popular freedom.
First, he sought help from his friends, who underestimated him. But, without letting himself down, he continued to try, thus obtaining an ally, Bruno Vidal, who agreed to be part of the revolution, the August Revolution.
He immediately founded what he calls the "Fourth Communist International", a society called SILA (Read Infobox).
He is part of KRATAL, the Communist Party of Salvyenya. Loves Russian/Slavic culture. He is also writing an official national constitution, which promises to protect human and labor rights.
He is trying to make an alliance with The Penn Federation.
