The Royal Chai Self-Defense Forces (RCSDF) (Thai: กองกำลังป้องกันตนเองไชย ; Kong Thap Chai ) are the armed forces of the Imperial State of Chai. The Highest Commander of the Royal Armed Forces of Chai(จอมทัพไชย; RTGS: Chom Thap Chai) is the Emperor of Chai. The armed forces are managed by the Ministry of Defence and Security, which is headed by the minister of Defence & Security. and commanded by the Royal Armed Forces of Chai Headquarters, which in turn is headed by the Chief of Defence Forces. The commander-in-chief of the Royal Chai Army is considered the most powerful position in the Chai Armed Forces. Within the Royal Armed Forces of Chai, various specialized troops stand ready to fulfill their roles in maintaining peace and security. These include:
1. Royal Chai Army (กองทัพบกไชย; RTGS: Kong Thap Bok Chai): The backbone of the armed forces, tasked with ground operations, defense, and combat missions both domestically and abroad.
2. Royal Chai Navy (กองทัพเรือไชย; RTGS: Kong Thap Ruea Chai): Safeguarding Chai's maritime interests, the navy ensures maritime security, conducts naval operations, and supports national defense strategies.
3. Royal Chai Air Force (กองทัพอากาศไชย; RTGS: Kong Thap Agat Chai): Responsible for aerial defense, air superiority, and strategic air operations, the air force employs advanced aircraft and technology to protect Chai's airspace.

5. Royal Chai Cyber Command (หน่วยบัญชาการป้องกันทางไซเบอร์ไชย; RTGS: Nhuai Banchakhani Pong Kan Thang Sai ba Chai): A modern addition to the armed forces, responsible for defending Chai's cyberspace, conducting cyber operations, and ensuring information security in the digital domain.
