Rochester is a borough of the State of Avon. It was established under the name of Cordania as a Herzetian province upon the founding of the Kingdom of Herzetia in 2018. It is one of the largest boroughs in Avon, and is the oldest, historically speaking, being the site of the first iteration of Herzetia in 2018. It has a population of 5.
Etymology
The name Rochester is derived from Rochester, New York, USA, the city that Chairman Asher Young spent several years of his childhood living in.
Grasslands Heritage Site
Rochester is home to the Grasslands Heritage Site, a national monument that marks the site that the Battle of the Grasslands occurred on early in the days of the Kingdom of Herzetia. The site is quite large, and makes up half of the region's total area.
