Robert (Robert Ronyson; born 29 December 1968) is a Woodlandia politician, who has served as the 1st Prime Minister of the Principality of Woodlandia. The Prime Minister is the official head of the government of the Principality of Woodlandia, and is the primary Minister of the Crown, whose main job is to oversee the work of the Executive Cabinet Ministers. Woodlandia prime ministers are styled as The Right Honorable (French: Le Très Honorable), a privilege maintained for life.
On August 21, 2019, HRH the Sovereign Prince Shawn, proclaimed Sir Robert the first Prime Minister of the Principality of Woodlandia and the first male prime Minister. Though he is the second person to serve as Prime Minister of the Principality of Woodlandia, Sir Robert is the first official Prime Minister sworn into office.
Early life
Childhood
Robert is the son of parents from Southern Ontario, Canada, with family roots from many parts of Ontario, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Belgium. He is the second oldest child of three siblings (an older sister, and a younger brother and sister), Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, Robert grew up with the profound influence of his love for the Northern Woodlands and its Wildlife.
Education
September 1986, Robert studied Forest, Recreation and Wildlife Management with a minor in Law, at Sir Sandford Fleming College of Applied Arts and Technology in Lindsay, Ontario, Canada, hoping to gain a future career as an Ontario Warden. This background helped spark his passion for public service and shaped his conviction that wildlife and nature are the North’s strength. After graduating, Robert took some time for himself to reflect on his life.
Personal life
Marriage
In 1996 Robert married his love Angie, and they had a son named Robert Jr. (Bobby), which they named after Robert. After many years together, Robert and Angie decided to separate as husband and wife, tho they remain close friends.
Political beginnings
Before entering politics, Robert served as the Chairman and President of the non profit organization "Art In The Park", throughout local communities in Southern Ontario, Canada. A non profit organization in which local artists get together to raise money for a chosen charity, and so artists can showcase their best works of art for sale. The organization was created by Robert in 2017. The event always takes place at a community Park once a year for a full day and usually includes participation from most of the towns residences and businesses.
Minister of Wildlife, Forestry and Fisheries
A close friend of the Sovereign Prince, Robert was personally hand chosen for the position of the Minister of Wildlife, Forestry and Fisheries and for his knowledge on leadership and politics, and his loyalty to the Crown. His educational background made him a perfect candidate for the job. Robert immediately accepted when the Prince offered the position.
2019 Treason Plot
Prime Minister
A few months after accepting the position as Minister of Wildlife, Forestry and Fisheries, unexpected shifts in the government occurred throughout the government and Minister Robert was offered the position of Prime Minister of the Principality of Woodlandia, in which he also accepted. With his new position of power, the Prime Ministers leadership focused on building a new, truly national movement of progressive Woodlandians, bringing many into politics, most for the first time. From his first day as the Prime Minister, Robert has worked closely with his team to build a plan to create jobs, grow the economy, protect the environment, and strengthen the government. With his leadership he has emphasized fair economic opportunity for everyone, respect for and promotion of freedom and diversity, and helped to form a government that truly represents citizens of the Principality of Woodlandia.
As the current Prime Minister and the Minister of Wildlife, Forestry and Fisheries, Robert is an advocate for young people and the environment. As a speaker at events and conferences across North America, he encourages young people to engage with the issues important to them and to participate as active citizens. These experiences made it increasingly clear to him that the issues young citizens of Woodlandia care about the most– the environment, and their generation's economic prospects.
The Right Honourable Prime Minister Robert Ronyson leads a government that works hard every day to continue moving the Principality of Woodlandia forward. His team is focused on creating jobs, affordable housing, keeping Woodlandia’s communities safe, fighting climate change, and moving forward on reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples, after Canada's tumultuous past with them.
Privileges
One official residence is provided to the prime minister—a secluded retreat in Freedom, Woodlandia—as well as the Office of the Prime Minister at Wallace Government House. For transportation, the prime minister is granted a vehicle and the use of aircraft for international and domestic trips. The Royal Woodlandia Guards also furnish constant personal security for the prime minister and his or her family. All of the aforementioned is supplied by the Prince/Princess-in-Council through budgets approved by parliament, as is the prime minister's total annual compensation of WAS$?. The prime minister's total compensation consists of the Prime Minister Staff Salary of WAS$?, the Prime Minister Office Salary of WAS$?, and the Prime Minister Travel Allowance of WAS$?. Should a serving or former prime minister die, he or she is accorded a state funeral, wherein their casket lies in state, and a state memorial is thrown in his/her honour. In Woodlandia it is often considered traditional for the monarch to bestow a knighthood on newly-appointed Woodlandia prime ministers. Accordingly, after the honour of knighthood is bestowed, Woodlandia prime ministers carry the prefix Sir before their name.

Woodlandia continues the tradition of using the title Prime Minister when one is speaking to the head of government directly; the Royal Woodlandia Historical Society advises that it is incorrect to use the term Mr./Madam Prime Minister. The written form of address for the prime minister should use his or her full parliamentary title: The Right Honourable [name], [post-nominal letters], Prime Minister of Woodlandia. However, while in government, other members of parliament may address the prime minister as the Right Honourable Prime Minister. Former prime ministers retain the prefix the Right Honourable for the remainder of their lives.
