Kingdom of Rudharta
The Kingdom of Rudharta, more commonly known as Rudharta (/ɹudhɑɹtʌ/), is a discord micronation in South East Asia, near the island of Borneo. It was founded in February 16, 2021. It declared independence from the Rudartdzh-Namazik Empire in February 23, 2022 after it made a new server on January 25, 2022. The First Governmental Era in Rudharta ended in December 17, 2022 while the Second Governmental Era of Rudharta started in July 4, 2023. Rudharta started as a republic, but on February 20, 2024, the nation transitioned into a constitutional monarchy after extreme inactivity under a republican government.

Etymology
The name "Rudharta" derives from the word "Rudha" which meant natives and "Harta" which meant treasure in Rudhanese. This roughly translates the name Rudharta as "the treasure of the natives".
History (pre-transition)
Early Days
Rudharta was established in February 16, 2021.
Rudharta started as the New Discord Civilization at February 28, 2021. It died after the first election. After it was revived in Late April, there was elections that happened, and this person called Chen won, and became the first elected President of Rudharta. After a while, the President of Archenland wanted to merge with Rudharta, (then called, "Rudartdzh"). Chen agreed so they made Archendartdzh. Months go by, Chen making August the "Cat Month", etc. In September, Chen won again, making him have 2 terms in a row. Archenland wanted independence, so Chen gave them independence. From then until November 2021, Rudharta (2nd Rudartdzh at that time) was dead. Late November 2021, Namazik came in the picture, asking for owner, sadly aljoot gave them owner, thus making Rudharta a federal state of the Namazik Empire. There was some backlash from the Rudhanese though, but the Namaziks still kept Rudharta as their federal state.
Namazik
The Namazik Empire died, for an unknown reason, and wanted to have a union with their federal state, Rudharta. The Rudhanese Officials reluctantly agreed, thus making the Rudartdzh-Namazik Empire. Weeks go by, the Rudhanese decided to leave the Empire, so they decided to make a new server, which is where Rudharta is till this day.
One Year
February 16, 2022 marks as the first anniversary for Rudharta, as it survived for 1 year. This day is also the day when the constitution was ratified. On February 17, 2022, one of Rudharta's founders, Chen, proposed a change for the name of Rudharta, which was then called the "Third Republic of Rudartdzh", to Rudharta. Since some people liked the idea, the name was changed to the "Democratic Republic of Rudharta". The first president of the country is benjahp, whom was inaugurated on February 18 after winning the election on the same day.
Rudharta officially declares independence from the Rudartdzh-Namazik Empire on February 23, 2022.
Two Years
February 16, 2023 marks as the second anniversary for Rudharta. The government was disbanded on December 16, 2022 with the last president as sebbe, and there were 5 months of inactivity after that. There was another poll that wanted to know if Rudharta should have a government again and the results were 10 - 5 in favor of government. The new republic is known as the "Republic of Rudharta" after the poll has been made.
Fall of Warnapura
On July 29, 2023, a person with the name of "dashie" impersonated the real dashie and said that their account got disabled by Discord. Fendrizian gave him administrator powers since the real dashie had administrator powers. That "dashie" then nuked Rudharta with the name of the "Fargathia Empire". Fargathia has contacted one of Rudharta's allies, Purcal, before, threatening Konnor, the king of Purcal to give the emperor of Fargathia, "Theo", ownership or else his private information would get leaked to the public. Fendrizian and the Rudhanese started to negotiate with Theo and he wanted two things.
- A: Give Theo administrator permissions, and Rudharta and Fargathia will become allies and there is no hierarchy between them.
- B: Rudharta loses sovereignty due to becoming Fargathia's puppet.
The Rudhanese liked the first option, because it might give them a better ally with a risk of getting nuked by a powerful hacker/nuker, however djaango, the King of the Republic of Pantonia stopped them from finishing the proposition and the Rudhanese talked about it for a while. The Rudhanese did not respond for many house because they started rebuilding the Rudhanese Discord server. This event was called the "Fall of Warnapura" because the original general chat, where people mostly talk. was destroyed by the nuke. Django made another general chat that is called "Bandarajah". Rudharta declared a lockdown for 72 hours while it continued rebuilding.
Constitutional Change
On 15 September 2023, a new constitution has been introduced to the Senate by Senator Sebbe, who has been working on it for quite a while. It was passed the same day and was enacted on 11 October 2023. The Chief Justice of Rudharta, Mitch1899 criticized to have given the Senate too much powers.
In pursuant to this constitutional change, Onyx, the owner of Takáya was the first to be impeached by the Senate, in accordance to a new impeachment clause in the new Constitution.
The replaced republican constitution would not last long however, as elections were halted due to the lack of participations which ended up making a power vacuum in Rudharta. This led to a series of nationwide referendum to find a solution to this problem. The referenda concluded that Rudharta would ditch their republican government, and adopt a constitutional monarchy style of government.
On the 28th of February 2024, Lajoot Prajoot was declared victorious in the race to the throne. Following this, a pro-republic movement sprung up by one of the defeated candidates. Three days later, the Parliament elected Aljoot as the Prime Minister and Fendrizian as the House Speaker. This marks the completion of Rudharta's transition into a monarchy.
Three Years
February 16, 2024 marks the third anniversary of Rudharta. 3 giveaways were done, and the ratification vote for the new constitution has been announced. An art competition has been held, however no one joined.
The Constitutional Convention got formed in January 21, 2024, to make the new constitution for the Kingdom of Rudharta. A "Fun Night Event" happened in January 29, 2024. many people got drunk. Namazik returns with a newly reformed empire in February 5, 2024, but was turned to "Dewittia". Chen announces the biography of Aditya Nura, called "The Sun Princess" in February 10, 2024. The "EPIC PLAY PLACE" returns in the day before the foundation day.

Former Parliamentary Election Results
Republican Rebellion
8:00pm, 28th February, 2024 was the day in which the final Monarch re-election results was announced. It was a slim victory for Lajoot Prajoot who garnered 52.2% of the votes, compared to his strongest opponent, Sebbe, who gained 43.2% and the third candidate, Ashalia Torensatla, who won 4.5% of the votes. This was followed by a sudden cry to bring back the republic by Sebbe, 40 minutes later. On 9:52pm the same day, an unofficial poll was made by Sebbe which asks the people to vote whether they want the republic to be brought back was posted, albeit it's biased ballot.
Earlier, or precisely on 9:44pm the same day, the rebellion claimed that the province's of Kuyumkunara, Samudraya, Ungu and the city of Bandapusa has seceded to join the Rudhanese Republic, as proposed by the republican rebels. The next day, one minute before 9:00am, the rebellion announced claims that the provinces of Sapi, Mangganuri, Sawahsari and Bandatimur has seceded to join forces with the republican rebels. Later around noon, the Monarch's of both Rudharta and Sanctimonia met, and the Kingdom was recognized as the sole government of Rudharta by Sanctimonia. On the same day, however, Buhistan declared their support for the Republican cause. This happened alongside the Prime Minister and Speaker elections within the Parliament, which was won by Aljoot and Fendrizian.
A series of mouth wars continued between supporters of both sides. The entire event finally reached its climax when the Leader of the Republican Rebellion, Pastafan declared one of its members, Swede, a traitor to the Republic at 11:01am. This followed the new Rudhanese Republic server being sent publicly for the first time, and Swede leaking chat histories of the rebellion's high command. This event was also brought into the eyes of Toaster, who declared that her nation, Turisa would stay loyal with Aljoot and offers the Turisan Intelligence Agency to investigate the outstanding wealth of Sebbe.
At 11:46am, 4th of March, 2024 WST, the Prime Minister, Aljoot declared that with the knowledge of a Rudhanese Republic server's existence, the rebellion had committed an act of treason, and banned the both the Leader and Commander-in-Chief of the rebellion. This followed a royal statement issued by the King, who claimed that the rebellion was "not made to return power back to the people, but to satisfy their hatred on an individual."
On the 7th of March, 2024, the Rudhanese Discord server was destroyed upon an alleged security bot being transformed into a nuke bot, effectively wiping all channels in the server. On the same day, the Prime Minister, Aljoot, resigned from office after seven days. The King, Lajoot, soon declared a nationwide emergency and appointed an Emergency Council as the provisional executive and legislative body led by Acting Speaker, Hoodie Fiona. Days following the attack, multiple servers had denounced the attack perpetrated by the Republican rebels, most notably the Imperial Federation of Servers putting them onto their watchlist.

The Monarch
The Monarch serves as the ceremonial head of state of Rudharta. They serve as the symbol of unit, sovereignty and stability of the nation. They also serves as the Commander-in-chief of the Rudhanese Armed Forces and all oath of offices would be done under their supervision, and must remain loyal to the throne.
Legislative Branch
The legislative branch, according to Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Rudharta, is vested in the Parliament of the Republic of Rudharta, which are divided into two chambers namely the Senate and the House of Representatives. The latter holds the power to introduce new laws, try impeachment cases, collect taxes, declare war, and ratify new amendments to the constitution, whilst the earlier serves as a council to review anything made by the House of Representatives. The Senate serves as the upper house, which members are chosen by the Monarch, whilst the House of Representatives is elected by the people.
Judicial Branch
The judicial power in the Kingdom of Rudharta is vested in the Supreme Court and circuit courts established by the House of Representatives. Judges in both courts hold their offices during good behavior and receive compensation. The judicial power extends to cases under the Constitution, laws of Rudharta, and treaties. The trials of crimes, except impeachment cases, are handled by the inferior courts. The Supreme Court consists of 2 judges and a Chief Justice nominated by the Monarch with advice of the Prime Minister. Inferior courts can be controlled by judges who enroll with approval by the Chief Justice.
Executive Branch
Under Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Rudharta, executive powers are vested upon the Council of Ministers or simply the Cabinet. The Cabinet is formed by the Prime Minister, who will be held by a person with confidence of the majority of Members of the House of Representatives. They are responsible on handling day-to-day administration of the nation.

Military
- The armed forces of the Republic of Rudharta bears the name of Rudhanese Armed Forces or simply RAF.
- The RAF is be divided into two branches, which is the Rudhanese Raid Extermination Battalion and The Raid Retaliators Of Rudharta.
- The Rudhanese Raid Extermination Battalion or simply Raid Exterminators or RREB, are the branch of the armed forces responsible for defending our soil from raids and nukes.
- They bear the power to kick any members from the server in cases of raids or nukes.
- They would be trained on how a server may be attacked and how an attacker most likely acts in targeted servers.
- The Raid Retaliators of Rudharta, or T.E.R.R.O.R. is the branch of the armed forces responsible for retaliation of any attacks in Rudharta.
- As the abbreviation suggests, the Raid Retaliators are the branch that would be trained to unleash terror towards enemy soil if they wish to do the same to us. These personnel would be taught on how to attack and use the latest military technologies available at Rudharta's disposal.

Geography and climate
Rudharta experiences a tropical climate, in which the seasons experienced are only summer and rainy. Rudharta is filled with rainforests, similar with the terrain of the entirety of Borneo. The rainforests of Rudharta are the habitat to the wild animals such as hornbills and orangutans, even though their presence of them, especially the orangutans, are rare as Rudharta are separated from mainland Borneo.
Economy
In Rudharta, the currency is the Rudhanese Arc. Its usage was debated, yet now it stands as the sole, official currency used in day-to-day life of Rudhaneses. The economy of Rudharta relies mostly in foreign currency trading and businesses. Foreign currency trading was most commonly done with Takáya, until the subsequent cutting ties of our nation with them due to a multitude of reasons. In the aspect of businesses, there exists fX Rajawali, used to be known as Archie's Mall, that currently stores 4 shoplots. There is also the Joot Cafe, the longest running business in Rudharta.
Culture and media
In Rudharta, the official languages are English and Malay. Sometimes, it has traditions like to make names the same, for example, there was this time where everyone was named with -rizian in the end of their names.
Rudharta is also known to be a nation consisting a lot of artists. These artists, which include Aljoot, Chen and Onyx are famous for making animations involving the nation. One example of that is the annual series of "Rudhanese History" videos, which are usually uploaded a few days after New Year's celebration.
Music production had also been a key part of Rudhanese arts and culture. The leading musician of Rudharta, Chen, has produced a handful of albums for Rudharta including his latest release, Jejak Manusia - People of History.
Ethnic groups and backgrounds
Rudharta is a nation of many ethnic backgrounds. There are communities from the ethnic groups of Tagalog, Visayan, Javanese, Dayak, Chinese, Indians and others currently residing in the country. The following are how the major ethnic groups in Rudharta ended up being Rudhanese.
Malays
The Malay people were the first ones to settle the main island today known as Rudharta in the 14th century. According to local legends, the expedition of Kaoki (the original name of the island of Rudharta) was led by a Bruneian noble named Pengiran Muda Ja'afar who defected from the Bruneian Sultanate after his family was stripped of their wealth due to a conspiring allegation made by a rival family of theirs. Pengiran Muda Ja'afar started his venture from Belait and landed in the coastline of what was now known as the Province of Sapi. There, he and his fellow settlers opened a town named Bandasatin which stays as the capital of Sapi to this day. Indigenous inhabitants of the island also identify themselves as Malays after Pengiran Muda Ja'afar started an assimilation program that made the Rudhanese Malay tradition mixed with the indigenous traditions in Kaoki.
Dayaks
The Dayaks are the indigenous inhabitants of Jasatunggal. The origins of the Dayaks in Rudharta traces back to the Neolithic period where the ancestors of the Iban and Melanau community in what was now known as Miri migrated north. The existence of the Dayak community wasn't realised until the 17th century when a Chinese trading ship went across the island ring of Jasatunggal and noticed a settlement near a seashore. There's also a notable community of natives from northern Borneo, mainly from the Lotud and Murut group that also migrated here, in which they are classified as Dayaks considering their similar origin place; Borneo.
Javanese
The Javanese community in Rudharta was founded by Gusti Surya, a distant noble from Madura who fought alongside Pangeran Puger during the rebellion against the Mataram Sultanate and the Dutch East India Company. According to legends, his family, his followers and himself attempted to flee to Brunei to supply themselves for an attack in Yogyakarta but the ship boarded sank in a place near Sarawak, and they are forced to stay in a nearby island. Gusti Surya ordered for a temporary settlement to be built and for the resupply efforts to be done by using the resources available there. However, the night before Gusti and his followers were supposed to return to Madura, his wife had a dream about a grand town located in their settlement and told the story to her husband. The story influenced Gusti that he decided to continue developing the settlement there. The settlement turned into a town named Kutha Segara, meaning "sea city" in Javanese.
Filipino
The Filipino community in Rudharta consists mostly of immigrants that does not feel safe under Spanish rule, and did not join Katipunan's Philippine Revolution. The community is predominantly made out of the Tagalogs with a significant minority of Visayans and Cuyonons.
Chinese and Indians
The Chinese and Indian community in Rudharta both migrated to Rudharta due to the British colonial policy of importing foreign workers introduced by Arthur J. Percival, Resident-General of Rudharta. Despite their counterparts in Malaya resisting the import of foreign workers, the natives of Rudharta openly welcomes them and treats them as if they're at home. This results in fast assimilation of them to the environment in this country and most of them ended up settling down permanently in Rudharta. However, some local scriptures recorded settlements of Chinese traders in Kaoki since more than 400 years ago.
