==The Republic of Novania==
The Republic of Novania (/no-vaye-nee-uh/), more commonly known as simply Novania is a micronation, that hasn't yet claimed any land.
It only exists in digital form, with 2 official outlets of communication, their subreddit and Discord Server.
There is currently no Declaration of Independence nor a Constitution. The country currently has no official residents.
Political System
The political system of Novania is a democracy, where the people choose a parliament.
The parliament, in turn, elects the president and runs the country. Every parliament member gets 1 vote, but the president gets 5 votes.
The parliament is made up of an odd number of people (up to 101), including the president.
If a vote happens to be a tie, the least voted option will be removed and the members who voted for that option will have to choose another one.
Defense
The country currently has no defensive forces. The President is the Commander General of the Novanian Armed Forces.
Any member of the Novanian Armed Forces is allowed to disobey an order if they believe it is an international War Crime.
Laws on Narcotics
Hard drugs (Heroin, Cocaine, Molly, etc.) are illegal for everyone. The Parliament can allow a person to use these substances if they have a good reason (Such as medical reasons) to do so with an 80% Majority vote.
Soft drugs (Marijuana, alcohol, tobacco, etc.) are permitted only to people who have a government-issued license. Licenses range from a single drug to all of them.
No one is allowed to sell soft drugs to anyone, who doesn't have a license. No one can sell soft drugs without a license to anyone, no matter if the customer has one or not.
