The Republic of Mendipe is a micronation located in Goikolexea (Basque Country). The capital of Mendipe is Vasconia. It is a parliamentary republic and the members and citizens of the new nation make joint decisions and democratically elect the president for 2 years. They can also change the Constitution of Mendipe if there is a majority in votes. The president guides the debates and presides over them. He is also the one in charge of international relations.
