The Republic of Iraia is a micronation at The Republic of the Philippines. It doesn't have a certain measurement of land mass yet is present through an individual, as representative of the republic. (1) Iraia is under the Philippine Territory and shall not be claimed as a sovereign nation.
(2) The President is the most powerful leader of the micronation, having diplomatic powers as representative and appointing powers of citizenship. (2) His excellency is also granted with the power of amnesty upon citizens charged with any crime. (3) His excellency has the power to approve and disapprove the laws submitted by the lower body. (4) His excellency is mandated to execute the laws of the Republic.
(5) The Lower Body is the representative of the people. (6) The Lower Body has the power to create laws and projects of the government. (7) The Lower Body shall consist of two individuals.
(8) The Justice Court is the judge of crimes and violations committed by the people and the rulers. (9) The Justice Court has the right to impose sanctions, punishment, and imprisonment upon violators of the law. (10) The Lower Body and The Justice Court has the power to dethrow the President as requested by its people and voted by the majority in the chamber.
