The Reich Fuhrer of the Kalmar Social Republic is the official Head of State, as well as Government. The Reich Fuhrer is the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, as well as the Head of the Council of Commissioners.
The Office of the Reich Fuhrer and Chancellor is constitutional, established by Article Two of the Kalmar National Authority Charter. Current Reich-Fuhrer William Gebhardt established the office on 2 February 2013.
Official title
The Official Title is The Reich-Fuhrer and Chancellor of the Kalmar National Authority. Although the office is often referred to simply as The Reich-Fuhrer or as The Chancellor. Both of these titles show the German background of the Nation itself.
Role
The Role of the Reich Fuhrer and Chancellor is to be the head of the Council of Commissioners, to be the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and to have the ability to pass Executive Orders without the approval of the Council. He also has the ability to appoint Ministers to the Council of Commissioners, and to remove them with reason.
Hermann Doctrine
The Hermann Doctrine of 2013 established the following laws within Kalmar;
- It shall be unlawful for any citizen of the Kalmar National Authority to buy, sell, own, or transport any firearm, except that of the Department of State Security.
- It shall be unlawful for any citizen to partake in any political union, movement, or party; except that of the Nationalist Party.
