Purpose of the Act
The Act was passed to ensure a regent for the monarch is set in place for if the monarch is unfit to rule Wellmoore.
Terms
The Act defines the appropriate time(s) for a regency should be when the Monarch is too young to be considered fit to rule or if the monarch was incapacitated so is no longer fit to rule.
