The Red and White Army for the Popular defense is an unarmed Egemonican organization, with the purpose of helping wounded within the borders of the kingdom and keeping the peace. The organization is chaired by the Supreme Commander, which consults the commanders and generals of the Royal Army to decide the intervention of the organization.
