Recruit is the junior-most rank in all three branches of the Gronean Imperial Armed Forces. It ranks below Private, Seaman, and Junior Airman. The rank was established on 7 September 2023 and is held by enlisted Gronean soldiers, sailors and airmen during basic training.
Insignia
The rank of recruit has no insignia officially attached to it. Despite this, sometimes military recruits are given a patch to distinguish them from low-ranking soldiers who also have no official insignia.
