The Micronation of the Avigation Vision of Radiator, or the Micronation of the AVR, or simply the AVR, is a Micronation based in Delhi, India and declared Independence on 22 August 2020. The Micronation was founded by The Founder H.E. Vishwam Khandelwal after he signed the Declaration of Independence.
