The Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards is the 1st Regiment of the Kingdom of Queensland. It was inaugurated on 30 March 2015, by Sir Albert George Philip named the division "Governor General's of Queensland Guards" after Canada's Governor General's Foot Guards. Queen Victoria II was renamed "Governor General's of Queensland Guards" to "Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards" to date. The exercises and their names are given by the Canadian "Governor General's Foot Guards" and the UK's "Coldstream Guards". The Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards remain active in the capital, alongside the regiment. Queenslandian Grenadiers Foot Guards and King Olav V Grenadiers and Rifles Regiment Guards.

The 1st Battalion of Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards, also known as The Supreme Head's Company, is a company in public duties of the Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards established in 2018 based on the principles of The King's Company of the Grenadier Guards.

The 13th Company (Maitland) of Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards, formerly known as the 2nd Battalion of Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards, is currently suspended animation and is a company on light infantry and public duties.

The 2nd Battalion of Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards is the second battalion of the Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards were formed in 2016 with the same role as the 1st Battalion, the 2nd Battalion is currently suspended and replaced by the 13th Company.
Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards Mission
The mission of the Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards is to defend the Kingdom and protect the King of Queensland. The Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards will act as guarding and guarding the royal family in front of the palace, with a changing of the guard ceremony that will be held in front of the royal palace courtyard by changing of the guard style from Canada. It is active in the National independence union, with the Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards operating in the Commonwealth of Abercorn and St Albans and the Kingdom of Wellington and St Andrews.

Regimental award
On 3 January 2021, Queen Juliana VIII issued a Royal Decree granting the Military Order of William Virtue in Grade Knight to the Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards for service to the nation and the crown. It is the first unit to receive this honour.
on 16 April 2021, President Theresa Hunnerberg presented the Order of Hero of the New South Canberra in Grade Commander to the 2nd Infantry Battalion, Queenslandian Coldstream Foot Guards for their services to the people of New South Canberra in aid of flood disasters 2019.
