Public Holidays in the State of Land
Public holidays in the State of Land are of two types: National and International celebrated holidays.
History
Public holidays weren't celebrated in the State of Land until the State Decree no. 3 was signed by Rey on July 9, 2024.[1]
The State Decree no. 3 of Land recognized 20 official holidays in Land splitted into two different types: International holidays (also known as Non-related Land Holidays) and National holidays (also known as Land related holidays). 16 of which were international holidays and 4 were national holidays.[2]
On August 2, 2024. Land transitioned to a provisional government and dissolving the diarchy and holidays related to national personalities were removed as per State Decree no. 4.[3]
International holidays
The sixteen international holidays celebrated in the State of Land are divided into three different categories: Secular, Filipino-related, and Religious holidays.
Secular holidays
Secular holidays are a type of holidays recognized by the State of Land that is celebrated around the world that isn't recognized with religious activities.

Filipino-related holidays are a type of holidays recognized by the State of Land that celebrates important events in the Philippine history.
The flag of the State of Land would be flown in a half-mast state to pay respect for these holidays.[4]

Religious holidays
Currently, as per the State Decree no. 3. The State of Land celebrates two religions' holidays: Christianity and Islam.[5]
