Prsänëan English was a phonetic transcription in use within the Prsänëa People's Republic of the Federated Republics of A1. It was eventually replaced by the currently used Prsänëan language.

The purpose of Prsänëan English was to create a phonetic transcription for the American English language to ease the use of the language. Each letter stood for only one sound and only that letter could be used for that sound. Prsänëan English was then carried over in the People's reformed States Republics' transition to the PPR for the new FRA1 republic.
