The Provisional Government of the State of Gavria, simply known as the First State of Gavria, is a military government led by President-Generalissimo Gabriel N. in 2021 prior to the official withdrawal of the Eintrachtian protectorate in Bir Tawil. Gabriel was the State Governor of the East Saharan Protectorate appointed by King John I in 2019, in 2021, before the establishment of the Constitutional Republic of Eintrachtia which later was renamed the Kingdom of Eintrachtia, he was given the job to settle the argument of the mass withdrawal of overseas territorial claims and finally decided to establish a temporary military junta to serve as a puppet state under Eintrachtia. The military government was dissolved after the new Constitution in Eintrachtia was presented on 30 May 2021.
