The Prime Minister of Hashima is the head of the government of Hashima. The President of Hashima appoints as Prime Minister a Member of Parliament (MP) who, in his opinion, is most likely to command the confidence of a majority of MPs. The prime minister is the most senior government minister, and chairs cabinet meetings. This individual is typically the leader of the political party that holds the largest number of seats in that chamber.

The office of Prime Minister dates back to 2016 and was appointed at first by the Governor-General on behalf of Queen Elizabeth II during the Dominion era, when Hashima seceded from Japan to become a Dominion of the United Kingdom, which was unrecognised by the UK. Irene Cheung is the first and current Prime Minister of Hashima since 15 June 2016.
