The President of Bluebell and Konohana (Catalan: President de Bluebell i Konohana) is considered the highest governmental position in the Bluebell-Konohana Federation. Being both, Head of State and Head of Governement, the President of Bluebell and Konohana is elected by the people of the country every four years. The inaugural holder was Rutger Batle as President of the Federal Transition Council in Summer of the Year I. The incumbent President is Mr. Rutger Batle since Year II.

History

In the year I the Federal Transition Council was created to govern the country on its way to democracy. At that time it was decided that the provisional presidents of the institution would be the mayors of the two cities of the country. The first mayor to preside the institution was Rutger Batle, mayor of Bluebell, the most populated city and later capital and government headquarters. Battle ruled from the summer of the year I until the spring of the year II. The mayor of Konohana governed the remaining time until the first constituent elections. After the constituent elections, the Federal Transition Council disappeared as an institution, establishing the Federal Government.
