The Political Activities Act, 2022, or An Act Regarding Activities Deemed Acceptable within the Parliament, and for purposes connected therewith, is an Act of the Parliament of Baustralia introduced on 24 Feburary 2022 by conservative MP and Prime Minister, Lady Ella Parker. It was released in tandem with a government order for any organizations to reorganize by 26 March 2022. It was included in the schedule of the Act.
The Act, especially section 6, has come under scrutiny by the Communist Party of Baustralia as an attack on the party by the Conservatives. It was especially unpopular in Parliament, only receiving one aye more than the nays from the speaker.

An Act Regarding Activities Deemed Acceptable within the Parliament, and for purposes connected therewith
Be it enacted by His Most Gracious and Excellent Majesty, and with the consent of the Current Commons assembled:-
- This Act shall be known as the Political Activities Act, 2022, C-50.
- No member shall buy, or coerce someone through employment, promotion, or other bribes, to vote for a candidate or party.
- No member shall be a member of any political organization which advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government.
- A member who is in violation of this Act will be dismissed from the Parliament.
- No criminal charges will be laid against a member who is in violation of this Act.
- Any political party which aligns with the far-right or far-left, i.e. authoritarian, fascist, anarchist, or communist parties, are considered an organization in violation of section 3 of this Act.

Cabinet Order regarding the Political Activities Act
- Political parties in violation of this Act have thirty days from the point of enactment to reorganize.
