Penguin Ball Ballister II (ceremonially born 30 May 2009), often referred to as Penguin B. Ballister, Penguin Ballister Jr. or nicknamed Ballball is a stuffed penguin and is an Eintrachtian politician who has been serving as the chancellor of Eintrachtia since 2021 as well as the viceroy of the Flanrives since 2023, and was mayor of Concorde prior to assuming premiership.
Political career
Ballister became the founding leader of the Democratic Party in 2018, originally a branch of the Conservative Party. He was mayor of Concorde between 2017 and 2019. He was granted the title as ceremonial duke of Lochshire shortly before becoming chancellor.
Premiership
Ballister was appointed chancellor on 11 July 2021, after obtaining majority vote from the then House of Councillors to become the first chancellor under the new constitution. He was briefly forced to step down during the Ninth of June regime, where National Party leader, known by the name Locarno L., became acting chancellor and was later removed from office. Ballister is currently the longest serving chancellor.
