About the Head of Parliament
Currently, Parliament was one of the people to form the Commonwealth of Ottawa, as has served on the parliament since. Parliament currently resides within the province of Metzger, the largest province. He also serves as the leader of Metzger.
Personal life
He enjoys making maps, sledding down nearby Metzger Lake, and is very intelligent, as would be thought. For the most part, he is one of the main actors for the Commonwealth, as he was the one to suggest the idea to Kanada. He was runner-up in every election to date
