The Parklands Territory is one of the two territories comprising the Holy Empire of the Kappa. It comprises the majority of Kappan land, with an area of 0.02 square kilometers.
Founding
The Parklands Territory was peacefully captured by the Kappan Army in a swift action on 17 March 2021.
Cities
The capital of the Parklands Territories is the city of Arupejo Base, with a population of 10. One smaller settlement, Encers, exists in the northwest corner of the territory. The ruins of the settlement of Birminghai have been absorbed into Encers.
Battle for Arupejo Base
The Battle for Arupejo Base was the first battle of the Kappan Army. The fifteen-day conflict between an unknown assailant and the Kappan Army resulted in a clear Kappan victory.
Industry and Business
The majority of the Empire's business and other industries occur within Simurgh and the Simurgh Economic Zone, but Kappan State News operates a broadcast center from within the Parklands Territory. InterKappan Laboratories runs a research center within the territory

- The Kappan Air Force's 100 Squadron "Silvered Wings" is based out of Blue Towers KAFB in the Parklands Territory.
- The Kappan Army's Fort Pine is located in a corner of the territory and is home to the Kappan Bicycle Calvary and the Kappan Expeditionary Force.
