The Paper Dollar is the national currency of the Pacific Empire.
Creation
Undoubtedly the most common sort of currency in Hong Kong, the HKD was completely useless for this new country project.
Sub-Emperor and Semi Emperors Amos and Malcolm declared:
"In order for us to be independent, we need an independent currency."
Thus the Paper Dollar was created.
