The club was established on 14 May 2021 AD in Perusia, Voivodeship of Magna Græcia, Græcia.
Club crest and team colours
The club's crest is an edited version of an older logo worn by an Italian association football club, A.C. Cesena; the shield shape is intact and, in lieu of the seahorse and black stripes in the middle, there is a griffin, as it appears on the flag of the borough of Perusia.
The club's colours are red and white, much like the borough's football club.

Venue
The club play their home matches in the open basketball court of Perusia. The venue is also used for both departments' training sessions.
Other facilities
The club also owns an office in the borough's centre, which operates as the club's headquarters. Apart from that, a café which is located next to the court, is the de facto meeting place for the club's supporters. The café's owner is the sole officially authorised seller of the club's merchandise.
