The Comp I Order is the first, highest and most senior order of chivalry of the Kingdom of Istria which was constituted in 1945 by a Royal Notice of HM King Comp I. The criteria of conferment of the decoration is to be conferred upon foreign personalities and istrian personalities for exceptional cultural and public duties.
Grades and insignias
HM The Queen is the Grand Master of the Order and HRH The Duke of Kaktovia the Commandor of the order, therefore both have the right to conffer this decoration. The Order is conferred in two grades:
- Commandor
- Commandant
