Operation Arstotzka was a task similar to the Federalisation of the Arstotzkan Union, however one which focused on growing Arstotzkan sovereignty rather than changing the aspects of the government. The Operation was begun by First President Ethan Brinkman following his re-entry into the Office of the Presidency.
