The Office of the Prime Minister, sometimes known as the Prime Minister's Office, is an office within the Cabinet of Bastara that is composed of the Prime Minister of Bastara and the civil servants and special advisers that support them in their role as head of government.

The office is chaired by the prime minister and overseen by the Chief of Staff, who is the most senior civil servant in the office.

The office was established on 9 June 2023.

Role

The role of the PM's office is primarily to aid and advise the prime minister. The office's staff is a mix of civil servants and special advisers who help manage the prime minister's time, organise their government business and to advise them on some decisions. The official spokesman and press secretary also help manage the prime minister's public image.
