The Ambulatory Free States of Obsidia, or simply Obsidia is a micronation that claims to be the smallest in the world that is known today. For many years, the Principality of Sealand was considered the smallest nation, until the founding of Obsidia.
The whole nation consists of a small obsidian stone, a 29-foot sailboat and a boat belonging to the Navy of Obsidia. According to the official website of the country, Obsidia is a tiny matriarchal micronation located at the confluence of feminism and geography. Obsidia is an egalitarian feminist micronation that respects the rights of LGBTQ+ people and tries to find alternatives to capitalism in all its forms. Obsidia has a completely open immigration policy which allows non-citizens to travel freely to any national territory. Obsidia considers itself an "anti-state" and generally the country can be found at the embassy in Oakland, California. Being a tiny nation, Obsidia can be taken anywhere. Representatives of Obsidia have attended MicroCon on past occasions.
Obsidia also maintains representations in Hong Kong and in Berlin.
