New Saigon is the capital city of Seveiria. The name is a reference to Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon, capital of the former Republic Of Vietnam. This is one of many similarities between Seveiria and South Vietnam. New Saigon is where the president resides. This is the main reason it is capital. It has only 2 registered citizens, But its population is 3-500.
