The Congress of New Delaware is an entity of several people claiming to be soverign called a Micronation. It was formed on December 28, 2021, by citizens of Delaware that were unhappy with the way the state's government was going. It is closed off from the public and only chosen people may join. They stand for online privacy, traditional values, and Monarchy.
