The Federation of Monreinava, otherwise referred to as Monreinava and Conewiwa and New Hanchih, which Monreinava is a micronation spanning Europe and Asia, characterized by a decentralized, autonomous, committee-based, and cabinet-style government. Monreinava is composed of one territory, two free states, and two constituent states under a confederation system, with its capital being the Federal Capital Territory. The head of state of the Monreinava Federation is the entire Presidium, rather than the Chairperson of the Presidium or the President, and it's the member of Union State of the Republics.

The Federation's political system is based on the separation of executive, legislative, and judicial powers. The Presidium, composed of a President and two Deputy Presidents, serves as the ceremonial head of state with symbolic duties. Typically, all members of the Presidium Council are directly elected by eligible voters for a one-year term. The Prime Minister is the head of government of the Monreinava , elected by a vote of confidence from the National Assembly, and leads the State Council, which holds the highest executive authority.

The Grand Council is a bicameral legislative body, consisting of the Federal Sovereign Council and the National Assembly, each with seven and thirteen seats respectively, both elected for one-year terms. The Federal Court is the highest judicial body, independent of the executive and legislative branches. The Chief Justice and Justices are nominated by the Presidium and appointed with the consent of the National Assembly. Additionally, the Monreinava has a Constitutional Court and an Electoral Dispute Court to safeguard the constitution, democratic electoral principles, and the fundamental rights of citizens.
