ARTICLE A

The government is liable and is required to carry out administrative duties unless a department is established to relieve the Parliamentary Staff, the department that is founded and is to remain established until a vote from the people decide the defunding of the Ministry.

The Articles outlines the 'Big Seven' ministries which may not be defunded or disestablished under any reason, which include the;

Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs

Department of Labor

Department of the Homeland

Department of the Treasury

Department of Public Works and Energy

Department of the State

Department of Defense

ARTICLE B

The Ministries must handle all duties given to them unless they create a sub-ministry, the Small Ten are all protected by the same rights as the parent agency and in no-way should be given more duties than the parent agency.

The Small Ten are outlined as major sub-ministries and should have same duties as a parent agency would.

Department of Film and Broadcasting is a government-funded agency that is under the Department of Commerce

Department of Construction and Manufacturing is joint-child agency to Department of Labor and Department of Public Works and Energy.

Department of the Interior and Forests is a child-agency of the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.

Department of the Courts is a child agency controlled by the Department of the State.

Department of Public Affairs is controlled and operated by the Department of the State

Central Intelligence Agency is operated by the Department of the Homeland Security

Department of Health and Human Services is a child agency to the Department of the State

Department of Transportation is a child agency to the Department of Public Works and Energy

Department of Diplomacy and External Affairs is not a child agency but is controlled by the Office of the Parliament
