The MARFA is responsible for all interior handling including forests, rural affairs, cultural affairs. They often handle Food Coupons and often are seen collecting food for the United Kingdoms National Food Bank.
The MAFRA regulates and studies plant life as well as inspects farms and grants bailouts to farms if the Department of the Treasury threatens the farmer's farm. They are seen as hippies among the civilian population but are very important to the farms and the workers requiring food.
