Neonia is a nomadic nation with no fixed location.
Its citizens; tending to dwell in RVs, vehicles or simply living from packs are spread out around the world. Whilst its people recognise and adhere to the laws of the land in which they currently abide, citizenship of Neonia connects people through their mode of existence rather than bonds of space, religion or ethnic origin.
One of the world’s newest micronations, it is in the process of creating the trappings and policies of a stateless nation with the intent to provide advocacy, connection and support for the unlanded.
