The Duchy of Orenburg national symbols are as follows:

  • The National Flag, the Ducal Flag, the Civic flag
  • The Coat of Arms
  • The National Motto (also considered a symbol as mentioned in the Organic Law)

Flags

The National Flag

Duchy of Orenburg National Flag

The National Flag of the Duchy of Orenburg is horizontal tricolor of black, dark-blue and yellow. The dark-blue strip is 2 times wider than the others. In the middle of the dark-blue strip the stylized crown is placed. Around the crown there are 5 red stars.

The Duchy of Orenburg National Flag was adopted on 1 August 2010.

The Ducal Flag

The Ducal Flag is exactly the same as the National one except that there are no stars in it. It should always (or by possibility) be placed in particular place where the Duke and/or the First Adviser is (along with the National Flag or without it). The flag was adopted on 9 August 2010.

The Civic Flag

The Civic Flag is the horizontal tricolor of black, dark-blue and yellow. The dark-blue strip is 2 times wider than the others.

Coat of arms

Coat of Arms of Duchy of Orenburg

The Coat of Arms of Duchy of Orenburg was adopted on 10 August 2010. It is a green shield with a snowy owl in the middle, keeping a red-colored lighting in its paw. Above and below the owl there are words of country's national motto: FREEDOM, SERENITY, SOVEREIGNTY (only the last word below). In the bottom of the shield there's golden and black ornament. Above the shield there is the golden crown, in its lower part there's the same ornament as in the shield bottom. The crown is covered with round-shaped emeralds. There's a small sphere and a drop-shaped emerald at the crown top.

The national motto

The Duchy of Orenburg National Motto is: Freedom, Serenity, Sovereignty. These words are placed in the Coat of Arms as well.
