The National Committee for Rural Protection (Italian: Comitato Nazionale di Salvaguardia Rurale) also known as CNSR was a political umbrella organization and the main representative of the Valbona movement fighting against the agricultural land abandonment.
History
The National Committee for Rural Protection was founded on 25 April by a group of people who lived in Valbona's land with the pourpose to fight against the agricultural land abandoment and to found a micronation as a means of making their ideas known.
On 4 November 2017 the National Committee for Rural Protection founded the Free Territory of Valbona and became the provisional government of the micronation until 11th november 2017 when it was dissolved and replaced by the Chestnut Assembly.
